Caracteristici

De la I/O analogice de bază la controlul avansat al temperaturii

CJ1 oferă o gamă variată de unităţi de intrare analogice, adecvate oricărei aplicaţii, de la măsurători de temperatură pe mai multe canale, la viteză mică, la achiziţii de date de mare viteză, extrem de precise. Ieşirile analogice pot fi utilizate pentru obţinerea unui control precis sau ca indicatoare externe.

Unităţile avansate prevăzute cu funcţii de scalare, filtrare şi alarmă integrate, reduc necesitatea unei programări PLC complexe. Unităţile I/O de proces de înaltă precizie acceptă o gamă variată de senzori, pentru achiziţii de date rapide şi precise. Unităţile de control al temperaturii degrevează unitatea CPU a PLC-ului de calculele PID şi monitorizarea funcţiei de alarmă. Aceste funcţii sunt gestionate în mod autonom de către unitate, oferind performanţe ridicate de control şi funcţii de reglare automată, similare regulatoarelor de temperatură autonome.
