Caracteristici

Forţă şi flux în armonie

Noul invertor SX este proiectat pentru acţionarea aplicaţiilor de mare putere, de la pompe, ventilatoare, compresoare sau suflante şi până la controlul vectorial în buclă închisă pentru macarale, concasoare, laminoare sau malaxoare. Invertorul standard este prevăzut cu software special pentru aplicații, iar designul componentelor hardware oferă flexibilitate utilizatorului.

  • Sursă de alimentare 500 V - 690 V, domeniu de puteri de la 90 kW până la 1000 kW
  • Sursă de alimentare 400 V, domeniu de puteri de la 0,75 kW până la 800 kW
  • Design compact IP54, pentru toată gama
  • Filtru încorporat, conform cu clasa C3
  • Funcții securitate conform standardelor EN13849-1 şi EN62061
  • Control curbă de încărcare
  • Programabilitate logică
  • Funcţionalitate pentru aplicaţii speciale integrată, precum controlul mai multor pompe sau aplicaţii cu macarale
  • Personalizare hardware (separator principal, răcire cu lichid, punte redresoare în 12 pulsuri, … )

Braking chopper and braking resistor

All inverter sizes could be fitted with an optional built-in brake chopper from factory but is not possible to install it later. The choice of the resistor depends on the application switch-on duration and duty-cycle. Following tables describes the activation level of the built-in braking chopper and the minimum resistor that could be used depending on the input voltage.

Software-ul CX-One le permite utilizatorilor să construiască, să configureze şi să programeze o mulţime de dispozitive precum PLC-uri, HMI-uri şi sisteme de control al mişcării şi comunicaţii de date care utilizează un singur pachet software cu o singură instalare şi un singur număr de licenţă. Aceasta reduce într-o foarte mare măsură complexitatea configuraţiei şi permite programarea sau configurarea sistemelor de automatizare cu instruire minimă.
